| You are a nurse working in the community. You have been asked by the community team to visit your patient and administer a medication clexane/adalimumab vis SC injection. Emma has been prescribed as a prophylaxis. She already received a dose yesterday. Please administer clexane/adalimumab as prescribed in the medication chart and complete the documentation of their medication in a safe and professional manner. |
